St Paul's Cray Library, Bromley

In August 2023, GAM Group completed a full refurbishment of St Paul’s Cray Library in Bromley. Commissioned by our long-standing client, Corrigan and Chapman, in partnership with Bromley Council, the project involved extensive internal and external upgrades.
The transformation delivered a modern, functional community space while resolving key maintenance issues, enhancing both usability and longevity for residents.
2 Pensioners Court, Charterhouse Square
Client: Gunning London

GAM Group was appointed by Gunning London to carry out a full refurbishment of a high-end apartment near Barbican Station.
With the property scheduled for immediate letting, the project was delivered to a tight deadline, requiring efficient coordination and attention to detail throughout.
Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Fetcham
Client: Corrigan & Chapman in Partnership with Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL)

We successfully delivered Phase One of the Leatherhead Leisure Centre refurbishment in Fetcham.
Commissioned by Corrigan and Chapman and managed by Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), the project focused on transforming the 800-square-metre gym within a fully operational facility, supporting GLL’s wider mission to promote a healthier, more active Britain.
This initial phase involved a full strip-out of the existing gym area, followed by a detailed refurbishment designed to elevate both adult and junior fitness offerings at the centre.
Bishops Mansions, Fulham
Client: Gunning London
Value: £250k
Following a competitive tender, GAM Group was reappointed by long-term client, Gunning London, to carry out extensive external decoration and roofing works at Bishops Mansions in Fulham.
This return visit followed previous refurbishment works to the communal areas, reinforcing our ongoing relationship with the client. The latest phase focused on restoring and enhancing both the visual appeal and structural integrity of this prominent mansion block overlooking SW6.
True Student Accommodation, Leicester
Client: True Student
Value: £35k
GC Electrical & Building Services Ltd, part of GAM Group, completed an electrical project at True Student accommodation in Leicester.
Completed over three months and handed over in August 2025, the works focused on a full regeneration of the student gym.
Gordon House, Bognor Regis
Client: Mitre Construction Ltd
Value: £400k
GAM Group completed the refurbishment of Gordon House, Bognor Regis, in April 2025. This project followed a competitive pricing exercise and built on the strong relationship established through previous collaborations with the client.
The scope of works encompassed the full refurbishment of nine individual flats alongside extensive upgrades to the communal areas.
Chadwick Road, Leytonstone

Our team successfully delivered a new build development at Chadwick Road, Leytonstone. This was the third project we completed for the same client, negotiated on the strength of our previous performance and reputation for quality.
Located in the vibrant East London community of Leytonstone, the scheme comprised five modern apartments alongside communal and external works.
