The project was commissioned by our long-standing client, Corrigan and Chapman, in collaboration with Bromley Council. The scope of works encompassed both internal and external refurbishments, transforming the library into a modern and functional community space while addressing critical maintenance needs.

characterised by a tight timeline, as the property was scheduled for
immediate letting.

Following a successful tender submission, GAM Construction was
awarded the contract by Gunning London to return to Bishops
Mansions in Fulham to undertake extensive external decorations and
roofing works. GAM had previously completed improvements to the
communal areas for the same client.
The work encompassed a comprehensive range of services aimed at
restoring and enhancing the aesthetic and structural integrity of Bishops
Mansions, a popular mansion block overlooking SW6.
